For the people, places and rooms a song belongs to
Songs, left where they belong.
Dedicate a track to someone and let them unwrap it like a cassette. Pin a song to the corner of the world it belongs to. Or open a room and soundtrack the moment together — a road trip, a hangout, a day with friends.
Digital Mixtape — a cassette, made for one person
Search for the song straight from YouTube, add a photo and write what you couldn't say out loud. Cassetoire wraps it into a single link — and when they open it, a cassette tape turns in their hands and presses play. Share it as an image or an animated Story card in the look you like: Keepsake, Side A, Now Playing or Love Letter.
Memory Map — leave a song on the map
Drop a pin on the exact spot with the song that belongs there and a photo from that moment. Wander through what everyone else left behind, edit your own pins any time, and send any pin on as an animated postcard.
Co-op Jukebox — one room, everyone's queue
Start a live room and send the invite link. Friends search for tracks, add them and reorder the queue in real time. No speaker? Turn on Play on every device and every device in the room plays along in sync. When you're done, save the whole queue as a playlist and play it again any time.
What is Cassetoire?
Cassetoire is a web app for music you give to people, places and rooms: digital mixtapes that play like a cassette, a memory map of songs, and co-op jukebox rooms with shared playlists. Cassetoire (say “ka-set-twahr”) is cassette plus armoire — a cabinet for your cassettes — and is sometimes spelled Casetoire, Cassettoire or Cassetore.
